December 31st

2011: We went down to my mom's to celebrate New Years Eve.
 2012: the boys watched men in black 2 while I played harry potter.
2013: Gavin made it to midnight! We had a balloon countdown.

December 30th

2011: David and I watched The Hangover 2.
 2012: We went to jens to take showers.
2013: I listened to the Grateful Dead all morning.

December 29th

2011: The boys cleaned their room all by themselves, and the did a good job!
2012: Amelie is 1 1/2! I took a chair picture of her.
2013: Ami woke up three times having nightmares.

December 28th

2011: David took Jared on a trip to Hobart to pick up his friend Gus.
2012: I took the boys outside for the first time this winter.
2013: We had a movie night with Dave.

December 27th

2011: Alex came over to play for a little while. 2012: we played a lot of PlayStation.

December 26th

2011: Amelie has her first little cold. 2011: We all went to my mom's to have dinner with Bryce's family.

December 25th

2011: Had Christmas morning with my mom and Hunter, David took the boys to his family in the afternoon. We watched Due Date later that evening. 2012: first Christmas in our house, we didnt go anywhere.

December 24th

2011: Amelie tried a piece of Honeydew melon for the first time - she loved it! 2012: my mom, Bryce, hunter, Adam, and big Dave came over for Christmas eve.

December 23rd

2011: My mom bought us a new TV table. 2012: David played Santa on the radio.

December 22nd

2011: Gavin gave his teachers and bus drivers Christmas cards and Bigby gift cards. 2012: we did a ton of cleaning.

December 21st

2011: The boys and I made rice crispy wreaths. 2012: I helped at Gavin's class Christmas party.

December 20th

2011: I took Jared to the park before we picked Gavin up from school. 2012: David went ice skating with the kindergarten class.

December 19th

2011: Gavin had his first dentist appointment - he has two extra teeth!
2012: we got presents in the mail!
2013: Big Dave brought over fried chicken for dinner.

December 18th

2011: We went over to David's Grandma's with the kids to exchange gifts.
2012: I bought Gavin a new lunchbox.
2013: Jared had his kindergarten Christmas party.

December 17th

2011: We went downtown to see Santa. Gavin asked for Wii games, and Jared asked for Legos.
2012: Jared's first day of preschool!
2013: I started sewing the kid's Christmas pajamas.

December 16th

2011: Amelie went to the doctor and got 3 shots. She weighs 15 lbs and is 24 1/2 in long!
2013: Jared stayed home with pink eye.

December 15th

2011: Jared and I baked pistachio cookies while Gavin was a school and the baby was sleeping. 2012: David picked up our new flooring from Perry Ballard
2013: It was the family Christmas party at David's grandma's.

December 14th

2011: David volunteered at Gavin's school.
2012: I made bacon bark.
2013: The kids all had a sleep-over at Jen's.

December 13th

2011: I woke up with a bad cold, but David let me sleep in until noon!
2012: I picked up our order from Walmart.
2013: Gavin brought us presents home from school.

December 12th

2011: Jared dumped out almost a whole container of sprinkles in his room.
2012: I took Gavin to party city to get prizes for his class party
2013: I finished Christmas shopping.

December 11th

2011: We went on a walk through the lights downtown.
2012: I registered jared for preschool!
2013: We did a trial run on homeschooling - it went great!

December 10th

2011: David and I went to his office Christmas party at Santinellos.
2012: we met Michaela and Andrea to take pictures.
2013: I started working on the curtains for David's grandma.

December 9th

2011: I took Gavin to "Science Start" at Curious Kids with his teachers.
2012: Dave and I got new pajamas!
2013: I spent the night making hairbows.

December 8th

2011: We ordered pizza for dinner.
2012: we went downtown to see Santa, rode the carousel, and played at DZ.
2013: I made homemade sloppy joes and fries.

December 7th

2011: I did laundry all day.
2012: Dave and I went to the stations Christmas party.
2013: I went thrift shopping and got a bunch of clothes for Ami.

December 6th

2011: We made chili for dinner.
2012: I cleaned out the couch.
2013: I got presents in the mail.

December 5th

2011: Jared and I made gingerbread men cookies.
2012: I did laundry all day for the second day in a row. Got the kids closets organized!
2013: We baked "Gingerbread boys".

December 4th

2011: We put up our Christmas tree and let the boys decorate it
2012: David ordered $70 worth of Chinese food!
2013: Amy and Sheena came over for the morning.

December 3rd

2011: We made popcorn and watched How the Grinch Stole Christmas.
2012: David volunteered at Gavin's class.
2013: I spent the night cleaning the house.

December 2nd

2011: I did some Christmas  shopping.
2012: we went to IHOP for breakfast.
2013: I finally felt better and we ordered pizza.

December 1st

2011: Gavin stayed home sick from school, he threw up in the middle of the night!
2012: we opened our first advent bag - the movie The Polar Express!
2013: We went out to breakfast and got our Christmas tree.
