November 30th

2011: We cleaned the house - including organizing the DVDs.
2012: the boys and I had popcorn and watched the first Indiana Jones.
2013: Dave bought Jared an electric guitar for Christmas!

November 29th

2011: I took and edited pictures of Amelie.
2012: had mac n cheese for lunch - Ami got it all over!
2013: My mom took the boys to play some more Bingo.

November 28th

2011: I bought some books at Valueland.
2012: Jared helped me do the dishes.
2013: Thanksgiving - we had to leave early because I got the flu.

November 27th

2011: Evan, Ryan, and Adam came over, we stayed up watching youtube videos.
2012: the boys played dress-up.
2013: I took the kids pictures for our Christmas card.

November 26th

2011: Isaiah came over and met Amelie for the first time.
2012: we watched Charlie Brown Christmas.
2013: I spent the night working on crochet orders.

November 25th

2011: The boys went to Jen's for a sleepover with Andrea and Michaela.
2012: I put up Christmas decorations.
2013: I made chicken pot pie from scratch for dinner.

November 24th

2011: We ate with Shelly, Dave, Hunter and Sam at my Grandma's house, then went over to Jen's with David's family.
2012: we got our first real Christmas tree!
2013: I finished planning our advent calendar.

November 23rd

2011: Hunter spent the afternoon with the boys while I made food for Thanksgiving.
2012: I went black Friday shopping.
2013: It snowed all day.

November 22nd

2011: Hunter and Jon came over, we played Super Mario and Hunter played Batman with Gavin. 2012: Thanksgiving. We ate at my grandma's, then I went with the kids to Jen's while David worked.
2013: I had chai tea with caramel vodka in it.

November 21st

2011: David's dad took the kids and we went to lunch at the Chinese Buffet!
2012: David got a job as a telemarketer.
2013: Our guinea pig, Trixie, died.

November 20th

2011: David and I watched Insidious while the kids napped.
2012: had a lazy day, David skipped a job and called in to the station.
2013: Gavin had his first Spanish class.

November 19th

2011: David went on a bus to the MSU game at 5 in the morning.
 2012: I talked to Danielle on the phone for a long time.
2013: I had tonsillitis.

November 18th

2011: I taught the boys to dip oreos in milk. Jared called it "dippin milk".
2012: David was the auctioneer for ydc and we got to go to a super fancy dinner!
2013: We had a really bad thunderstorm.

November 17th

2011: Gavin cried because he didn't want to go to school.
2012: David worked at the kid's Christmas carnival. I took the boys.
2013: I enrolled Gavin in the Partnership Program.

November 16th

2011: I stayed home with an earache and worked on a blanket for Ami.
2012: I played Wii with Gavin all evening
2013: David worked the Kid's Christmas Carnival.

November 15th

2011: We went to look at a house on Orchard Lane in Benton Harbor.
2012 We all went to breakfast at Ihop.
2013: I bought Ami Cinderella.

November 14th

2011: The baby slept until almost 9 in the morning!
2012: Had Gavin's first parent teacher conference - he's doing great!
2013: The kids and I had lunch with Amy at Steak and Shake.

November 13th

2011: David took the boys to The Curious Kids Museum.
2012: David had a bad meeting at the station.
2013: We took the kids to McDonalds for lunch after conferences.

November 12th

2011: David took the boys and Michaela to see Puss In Boots. Amelie stayed with me and we made turkey pumpkin chili!
2012: I played Lego starwars.
2013: Our first snowday! We got 17 inches.

November 11th

2011: it's 11-11-11! David and I watched Demetri Martin and Louis C.K. after the kids went to bed.
2012: I got all of our Christmas stuff from my mom's.
2013: Gavin lost his second tooth.

November 10th

2011: Took Amelie and Jared to a couple thrift stores this morning; Bought a ceramic owl, a few vintage sheets, and an embroidered cat picture.
2012: today was our leaf jumping party; we had 17 kids and 14 adults!
2013: Dave finally picked up Adam after he missed 3 flights.

November 9th

2011: The boys and I talked about electricity today.
2012: Gavin had a half day. We took the boys to pizza hut to celebrate the end of the semester.
2013: Michaela spent the night and Amy and Kevin came over for a fire.

November 8th

2011: Amelie screamed all day - she's teething!
2012: the boys and I watched Charlie Brown's thanksgiving.
2013: Boys had a half day so I took them to Steak and Shake for lunch - it was super busy!

November 7th

2011: Got a package from David's mom - 800 stickers fro Jared and Lego Star Wars for Gavin. 2012: Jared helped me make chocolate spoons.
2013: Danielle made me watch a dumb video.

November 6th

2011: David and the boys got haircuts and went to the park.
2012: We voted for Barack Obama; he was reelected!
2013: I watched Dexter all day.

November 5th

2011: I took the boys to the Christmas Carnival where David was working with the radio station. Jen took us to Bells' in Kalamazoo.
2012: I played go fish with Jared.
2013: Gavin played soccer at lunch!

November 4th

2011: I went to Gavin's first Parent-Teacher conference. (it was all good!)
2012: Dave and I watched house of 1000 corpses and devil's rejects.
2013: Gavin wants to be in a musical.

November 3rd

2011: The kids went with their Grandpa for the day.
2012: we went thrift store shopping.
2013: We had our 3rd annual leaf-jumping party.

November 2nd

2011: Gavin went back to school after missing a week.
2012: We went to the new Big Lots.
2013: Our leaf party got rained out.

2011: The boys ate candy for breakfast.
2012: I got a new crock-pot!
2013: I made a batch of cookies, but they didn't turn out.
